Advance Payment Requirement
All digital marketing services require 100% advance payment before project initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Payments

No Refund After Work Commencement
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, payments are non-refundable once project work has started.
Pre-Project Cancellation
If cancellation is requested before work begins, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing charges.
Strategy & Consultation Fees
Consultation, strategy planning, and audit services are non-refundable.
Monthly Services
For ongoing monthly services, cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Third-Party Costs
Any third-party costs (advertising budget, tools, software subscriptions) are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time
If applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
