1.Payment Policy

Advance Payment Requirement
All digital marketing services require 100% advance payment before project initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing.Accepted Payment Methods

Project Activation
Work on the project will begin only after payment confirmation.Custom Packages
For customized marketing campaigns or tailored services, payment terms will be agreed upon before project commencement.Late Payments
Any delay in payment (for milestone-based projects) may result in project delays or temporary suspension.Taxes

2.Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No Refund After Work Commencement
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, payments are non-refundable once project work has started. - Pre-Project Cancellation
If cancellation is requested before work begins, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing charges. - Strategy & Consultation Fees
Consultation, strategy planning, and audit services are non-refundable. - Monthly Services
For ongoing monthly services, cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. - Third-Party Costs
Any third-party costs (advertising budget, tools, software subscriptions) are non-refundable. - Refund Processing Time
If applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
